What is a try-on item?
One watch or strap design in one color or finish. Sizes of the same design count once, and it makes no difference whether colors are listed as variants or as separate products.
When do try-on buttons appear?
Your catalog syncs automatically on install. Each item is then prepared from your product photos and quality-checked, typically live within a day. The button only ever appears on products that passed the check.
What happens at my item limit?
Upgrading takes one click from the app, and live items are never deactivated.
