What is a try-on item? One watch or strap design in one color or finish. Sizes of the same design count once — and it makes no difference whether colors are listed as variants or as separate products.

When do try-on buttons appear? Your catalog syncs automatically on install. Each item is then modeled from your product photos and quality-checked by a specialist — typically live within a day. The button only ever appears on products that passed the check.

What happens at my item limit? Upgrading takes one click from the app, and live items are never deactivated.
